01 Eligibility and Account Registration

Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

02 Deposits and Withdrawals

No foreign currency conversion is applied and there are no hidden fees charged by B9 App on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Odds in live markets change in real time and the bet you see at the point of selection may differ from the odds at which your bet is ultimately confirmed. 06 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the B9 App platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balance in your account. B9 App reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, either in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting, account duplication or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to process illegitimate funds, conducting transactions that are not related to genuine gaming activity, or depositing funds through stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Match fixing and collusion: Placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event, or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback on a legitimate deposit. Any account found to have initiated an unjustified chargeback will be suspended and the amount clawed back from the account balance.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Intentionally exploiting a bug, technical fault or pricing error on the platform. Winnings generated through a known error may be voided.

B9 App employs fraud detection tools and manual review processes. Accounts flagged for any of the above may be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold. If the investigation clears the account, normal access and withdrawal rights will be restored.

07 Limitation of Liability

While we work to maintain continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, technical errors or data loss at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted, B9 App will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from a delay in processing a withdrawal, a technical fault during a game session or the unavailability of a particular payment method.
